We use approximately 3lb. Chickens to begin. Our chickens are deboned from the inside out. This way is more time consuming but we feel it keeps the chicken intact and makes for a great presentation. The necks are then sewed up – cooled stuffing is then put into the half sewn chicken. The finishing touches of sewing and seasoning are done to complete the process. (Your choice of stuffing)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: REMOVE FROM BAG!
UNFROZEN: BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES.
FROZEN: BAKE COVERED FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND CONTINUE BAKING FOR 30 ADDITIONAL MINUTES.
USE BROILER PAN OR CASSEROLE DISH FOR BEST RESULTS. |
