This line of commercial strength Aluminum Stock Pots features vented lids, heavy duty riveted handles and perforated aluminum baskets. The Steam – Boil – Fry Stock Pots have indentions that raise the basket 1 ¾ inches above the bottom for steaming and boiling.

Use the basket in your stock pot for deep frying chicken or fish; Steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables. Uses without the stock pot basket include boiling soups, stews or gumbos. Our stock pots are perfect for the beginner to intermediate Cajun cooks whom love to boil Louisiana’s favorite dish . . . crawfish! These stock pots are also perfect for use when hosting a clam bake or low country boil.
