Boudin
This is a true Cajun delicacy. We take pork and liver brown it well and then grind. Rice, herbs and seasoning are the added to the pork and liver mixture. It is then put in sausage casing. Finally the boudin is overlooked carefully while properly boiled (a must try)

Cooking directions:
If frozen, thaw in sink of cold water for 20 min. to heat place in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or place in oven @350 deg for 15-20 minutes |
