Detailed Product Information:
We use approximately 12 to 14lb turkeys. Chickens to begin. Our turkeys are deboned from the inside out. This way is more time consuming but we feel it keeps the turkey intact and makes for a great presentation. The necks are then sewed up – cooled stuffing is then put into the half sewn turkey. The finishing touches of sewing and seasoning are done to complete the process. (Your choice of stuffing)
